Nir Weissberger is an expert in corporate and securities laws.
Nir has over 30 years of hands-on experience in public and private offerings of securities in Israel and overseas, especially in the United States and Europe, and in providing legal guidance to companies listed on Israeli, US and European stock exchanges, as well as to crowdfunding platforms. His vast experience also includes complex, cross-border financing, merger, acquisition and leveraged buy-out transactions.
Among Nir’s focus areas are hi-tech companies engaged in Information Technologies (software and hardware enterprises), healthcare, pharmaceuticals, bio-medicine, medical equipment and medical diagnostics. Nir’s legal counsel encompasses the initial fundraising phases, through research and/or development stages, to manufacturing and marketing. Nir advises enterprises on commercial law issues governing their day-to-day legal requirements, including research and development agreements, licensing agreements, clinical trial agreements and regulatory matters relating thereto, as well as on projects involving installation, operation and maintenance of high-tech based systems (such as automated logistic centers, robotic parking solutions and similar systems).
Nir represents investors (VC funds and other institutional investors, hi-tech incubators, holding companies and high-net-worth individuals), founders, private and publicly traded companies, underwriters and crowdfunding platforms.
