Noa Lev Goldstein (Adv. & Cpa) is the Head of the Tax Department at Eitan Mehulal Sadot.
Noa is considered one of the leading tax attorneys in Israel. Noa has extensive experience of over 20 years in the taxation field, including serving in senior positions at the Israel Tax Authority for a period of 12 years (in her last position, she served as a senior manager and division head at the tax assessor for large enterprises). Noa also lectures in various tax and accounting courses.
Noa has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of taxation, including corporate taxation, individual taxation, mergers and corporate reorganizations, international taxation, transfer pricing conflicts, investor benefits, stock options taxation, trust taxation and taxation of non-profit organizations. Noa has represented clients in several precedential court rulings published in Israel in recent years (inter alia, the Michael Sapir supreme court ruling – re the place of residency of an individual for tax purposes; the Cedron supreme court ruling, concerning the absence of VAT liability for compensation paid with respect to an agreement breach; the Shlomo Reisman court ruling on taxation of goodwill).
Noa accompanies businesses and individuals in a variety of activity areas. Her expertise includes structuring optimal transactions from a taxation standpoint, drafting legal opinions, representing taxpayers in “pre-ruling” procedures before the ITA, representing taxpayers in tax assessments (objections), representing taxpayers in the competent courts – income tax appeals and VAT, appeals to committees under the Land Taxation Law, and representation before the Supreme Court.
